The nonprofit holding company that controls the staffing and avails employees to the various subsidiaries.

CIL Realty Incorporated:

The nonprofit owner entity for licensed community residences. It is the sole member of Massachusetts entities.

CIL Housing Incorporated:

The nonprofit owner entity for certain multifamily housing projects. It is the sole member of the "housing" entities.

CIL Development Incorporated:

This for-profit corporation has been established to develop generic market-rate housing. After-tax profits from this entity (and all its subsidiaries) are donated to CIL.
